1. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 12:00 PM Noon (ET) on 9/2/08 through 11:59:59 AM (ET) on 10/20/08 (“Promotion Period”), visit www.dresstothesevens.com and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form and submit an entry into the Sweepstakes. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 AM (ET) each Monday during the Promotion Period to be eligible for that week’s Weekly Drawing, any subsequent Weekly Drawing(s) and the Grand Prize Drawing. (For example: Entries received from 12:00 PM Noon <ET> on 9/2/08 through 11:59:59 AM <ET> on 9/8/08, will be eligible for the first Weekly Drawing.) Entries must be received by 11:59:59 AM (ET) on 10/20/08 to be eligible for the last Weekly Drawing and the Grand Prize Drawing. Limit one entry per email address per day. 2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States and Washington, DC, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. 3. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Weekly Drawings will be conducted on or about each Tuesday during the Promotion Period from among all eligible entries received by 11:59:59 AM (ET) on the previous Monday. The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a separate random drawing on or about 10/21/08 from among all eligible entries received. Random drawings will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning a weekly prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received by 11:59:59 AM (ET) each Monday during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the total number of entries received throughout the promotion.

4. 5. GENERAL RULES: Potential Grand Prize and Washer/Dryer winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 14 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Winners will be notified by mail. Grand Prize traveling companion (or parent/legal guardian if traveling companion is a minor) must also complete and return a Release of Liability within 14 days of winner’s attempted notification. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. By accepting prize, winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize.
