THE COLLATERAL STAIN SCREENING SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

1. Sweepstakes Period: The Collateral Stain Screening Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 8, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on January 24, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of the last day of the month prior to date of entry. Employees of The Procter & Gamble Distributing, LLC (the “Sponsor”), their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, including Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), Marvel, Marvel Studios, The Walt Disney Company, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate or win. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

3. How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes, as described below.

a.) Enter on Instagram: At the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period, @TideLaundry, @briancantstopeating, @popculturebrain and @evan_naka will each post a Sweepstakes Instagram post (“Post”). To enter the Sweepstakes, leave a comment on a Post using the hashtag #TideSweeps (“Instagram Entry”). Instagram Entries must be complete to be entered into the Sweepstakes. Instagram Entries will not be judged. To enter the Sweepstakes, you must have an Instagram account and have your account settings set to public (not private). An Instagram account can be opened for free by downloading the Instagram application from the Google Play or the Apple store.

Instagram Entries cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor or any of its products, Marvel, or other people, products or companies or communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor associates. Sponsor reserves the right to monitor and will monitor Instagram Entries and delete, if required in its sole discretion. By entering, you acknowledge that your Instagram Entry may be posted on the Sponsor’s website(s) or other media pages, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor shall have full right and power to copy, publish, broadcast, display, distribute, use, edit, translate, alter, combine with other material, reuse and adapt any or all portions of the Instagram Entries in any way and for any purpose whatsoever, at any time, now or in the future, in any media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in any manner whatsoever and for any purpose. Instagram Entries that are not in accordance with these Official Rules as stated herein or are not received during the Sweepstakes Period will be ineligible. Instagram Entries cannot (a) be sexually explicit or suggestive, violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, contain nudity or any materially dangerous activity; (b) promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message; (c) be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group; (d) contain trademarks, logos or trade dress owned by others, or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind other than Sponsor owned brand/products, or contain any personal identification, such as, personal names or e-mail address; (e) contain copyrighted materials owned by others without permission; (f) contain materials embodying the names, or other indicia identifying any person, living or dead, without permission; and (g) depict, and cannot itself, be in violation of any law.

b.) Enter by Email: You may earn a Sweepstakes entry by sending an email to TideMovieScreening@dja.com. The email must include your first and last name, mailing address and month and year of birth to receive one (1) entry into the random drawing (“Email Entry”).

Instagram Entries and Email Entries will be collectively referred to as “Entries”. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on January 24, 2025 to be eligible. Use of any automated or computer system to participate online is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply.

4. Random Drawing: Thirty (30) winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 27, 2025 from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator who is an independent judging organization. The decisions of the Sponsor and the Administrator are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

5. Winner Notification/Verification: Winners who entered on Instagram will be sent a direct message (“DM”) from the @TideLaundry Instagram account, which will include an email address the winner must contact within twenty-four (24) hours to verify eligibility or prize will be forfeited. Winners who entered by email will be notified by email. All winners must complete a Release of Publicity and Liability within twenty-four (24) hours or prize will be forfeited and an alternate will be selected, time permitting. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable or if a winner is ineligible, may result in disqualification and alternate selection, time permitting.

6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Thirty (30) Prizes: Each winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Tide Collateral Stain screening of Captain America: Brave New World in Brooklyn, NY on February 13, 2025 (“Event”). No travel or accommodations are included in the prize. Each guest of a winner must complete a Release of Publicity and Liability at the Event. Guests must be 18 years of age or older. The ARV of each prize is $30. No transfer or substitution for prize permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor for any reason, and, in such circumstance, an alternate prize (or portion of prize) of equal value will be awarded and the Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. Limit one (1) prize per person. Seat assignments are Sponsor-specified. All details of the Event are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Event will be a 4-D experience with the intent to “stain” winners’/guests’ clothes and send winners/guests home with select Tide products to clean their clothes. Sponsor is not responsible for any articles of clothing that are permanently damaged at the Event. If you do not wish to be part of a 4-D experience, please do not enter for a prize. Prize must be used on date specified or prize may be forfeited. Lost, mutilated, or stolen Event tickets will not be replaced by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible if Event is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. ln the event a winner or guest engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor's sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to eject the winner and guest from the Event, in whole or in part, with no further compensation to the winner.

7. General Rules: Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely Entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged or misdirected Entries/winner notification documents; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer/phone equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of Entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address (or email address associated with the Instagram account) used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” of an email address is the natural person in whose name the email address has been issued. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and in the event of cancellation, the prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW; SHOULD ANY SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds: to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the Entry process, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or, to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect Entries and (a) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among all eligible Entries received in accordance with these Official Rules prior to cancellation.

8. Warranties and Representations; Release of Liability: You hereby hold Sponsor, Administrator, Marvel, Marvel Studios, The Walt Disney Company, Instagram, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (the “Released Parties”) harmless from and against any third-party claim arising from use of any Entry and you waive any right to inspect or approve uses of your Entry by Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes or to be compensated for any such uses. Participating in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use a winners’ names, addresses, likenesses and Entries in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes only and as otherwise required by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the entrant agrees that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by entrant for any liability for any bodily injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Entry, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or component thereof, if applicable, or participation in the Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes related activity. You hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with their contents and agree to be bound by them.

9. Governing Law: The Sweepstakes and the Official Rules shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Entrants submit to exclusive personal jurisdiction in Ohio and agree that any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts in Ohio. You agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Ohio; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (c) notwithstanding the foregoing, you waive the right to claim any damages, whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.

10. Winners: To receive a Winners List by email, send an email to: winners@dja.com with The Collateral Stain Screening Sweepstakes (11-2804-47) as the subject line. Requests must be received by March 30, 2025.

11. Sponsor/Administrator: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is The Procter & Gamble Distributing LLC, One P&G Plaza, Cincinnati, OH 45202 USA. The Administrator of the Sweepstakes is Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. 100 Marcus Drive, Melville, NY 11747.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor, and not to Instagram.

Marvel, Marvel Studios and The Walt Disney Company shall have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded. Marvel, Marvel Studios and The Walt Disney Company are not sponsors, administrators, or prize providers for this Sweepstakes.
