Tide Antibacterial Fabric Spray

This is great smelling, and I love it but the spray nozzle on something for fabrics should be more of a mist. This nozzle is more of a stream so it’s hard to disperse it evenly on things. Please change the spray nozzle to more of a mist or wider sprayer and you’ve got a perfect product!

Question- does this also kill dust mites? If so, I’ll buy this in bulk.

This is a great product and helps keep our house sanitary. Smells great, not overpowering just clean.

I love this product! I found it at Sam’s club during the height of covid but now I am having a harder time finding it in stores. It smells fresh and clean. I spray our furniture at home and our short term rental with it for peace of mind and to freshen the room.

It’s okay but I don’t think I’ll be buying it again. It felt a little greasy or oily but my clothes came out just fine. So not sure what that’s about it.

We use this on my husbands gym shirts that were holding an odor. Not a body odor but more of a sour smell from bacteria and sweat. He now sprays his shirts and hangs over the shower to dry. I was them 1-2x/wk. They come out of the laundry smelling brand new. Prior to this I was using an antibacterial rinse in the washer. I had to wash them seperate from other laundry as clothes smelled a little better coming out of the drier but the odor was not gone and the smell returned. This spray is far superior. Highly recommend.

I love this spray! It makes my clothes smell freshly washed and me get another wear out of stuff. I wish it came in a travel size, so I could do the same while traveling for work.

I started using this spray during covid as the idea of spraying my jacket / sweater that I wore in public appealed to me. Now I use it all the time in the house . On the drapes, pillows, couch and everything else I want to freshen up. We now have a puppy and it great for getting rid of pet odor.

I have never had an allergy to anything and I’m 50 years old and do not take any prescription medications, but I had to take Benadryl and use anti itch cream after using this on my furniture!! It’s terrible!! Beware!!

Spray bottle does not work well for the purpose of this product. In past all of the fabric refresher sprays of various brands I have purchased have a fine mist that sprays evenly on to fabric, couches, mattresses, etc. The Tide spray bottle does not spray evenly at all. It oversaturated the fabric in some spots and deterred me from using it for fear of staining and uneven sanitizing. It was unfortunate and disappointing because this antibacterial fabric spray product was exactly what I was looking for and it actually does smell great. In the future if spray bottle is replaced I would consider purchasing it again. However, for now, I would not purchase it again or recommend to others solely due to the poor performance of the spray bottle.

I was so excited when I found this a few months after the pandemic started. I don't have my own washer/dryer, so I spray my clothes after going out of i can't do laundry right away. I was left disappointed, the spray nozzle isn't great. It doesn't have an even fine mist so if end up with a lot of clumps on the floor. It's annoying to cleanup everyol time.

This smells amazing but I do not feel as if I’m disinfected after using it. I feel like it’s more the scent and less killing germs. I will stick to Lysol or similar for killing germs but it’s perfect for a guest room to freshen up or stale areas.

The spray is the best for those items you can’t wash (couch, mattress, upholstered chairs, etc.).

I don't have a way to measure if this actually got rid of germs, but it definitely makes things feel and smell cleaner and fresher. I like to use it on my mattress, something I can't put in the washer, and other things I can't wash but want clean and sanitized. The scent isn't anything over the top or too perfum-y, but light and clean.

Calling all dog parents! This is perfect for that mid week refresh in frequent dog places it keeps things like beds and blankets fresh and deodorized but also germ free! It’s my absolute favorite product to use 10/10 will always recommend this over others.

I like that this is antibacterial and for fabrics! It's also supposed to help with mold and mildew. It smells like laundry but once sprayed on fabric, the smell goes away. It also doesn't take bad smells away in my opinion. Febreze is better when it comes to odor killing. Its nice to have, just wish it took care of smells better!

I like the smell of the product when I spray the bottle onto my blanket. However, I thought this product would leave the smell for a long period of time. I would suggest for this product to have the item smell for a long period of time until we wash it. I would recommend this product to make it COVID-19 safe.

I really love this stuff! I bought 2 bottles that lasted me a while. Pros are that the smell is not harsh and gives me a piece of mind during these times. Product is ver affordable and I do recommend.

This is one of the best thing I’ve purchased this year. I have jackets and furnitures that I can’t really wash every time I used them so I thought this would help kill bacteria. It smells nice and fresh, even though the smell doesn’t stay for long. Just wish they have a bigger size!

So I've always used Febreeze to freshen my furniture etc. in my apartment. I then used Lysol for those creepy germs! Then I found this Tide antibacterial fabric spray. It kills 99% of bacteria while fresening my furniture! I love it! With folks coming by, a 17 and 12 year old, my fur baby and myself I'm sure there is bacteria running through this place! Lol.. Plus freshens it also.. it's a win win in my book!!

I love having the peace of mind with this product, I love to spray our jackets with it because let’s be honest we don’t wash them every single time we wear them, so it’s nice to have a disinfectant to spray on the pieces between washes!

I do love all my Tide products, but I gotta say I really like having this spray handy in my laundry room. It's tough on stains and has a really great smell.

This ! It works so well at getting out funky smells from teenage clothes and the weird smells of band camp socks and shoes! This product is great.

This Tide antibacterial spray is phenomenal. It kills the germs (and weird smells) without having to throw an item into the washer. My kids love using this when they get new stuffed animals so squishmallows. I love using it on the furniture to sanitize it if someone has been sick or a bug has been drifting through the house. It smells like Tide, as expected. The price is also acceptable and I will continue to buy it as long as I can find it!

I like this product, and frequently use it around my home. It works well, and who doesn't like the smell of tide? With that said, I created an account on this site for the sole purpose of leaving this review after reading several reviews from others stating that they use this to spray themselves and their clothes before entering their homes, because, you know, the pandemic? In my opinion, and it's only that, I think that firstly, that sounds like a bad idea to mist yourselves in this product. Refer to warnings on the bottle, not to mention I'm sure a fair amount is inhaled during this process regardless of holding your breath, unless you sprint inside and fling your clothes off immediately afterwards. Secondly, the coronavirus is not killed by this product. This product only kills a few types of bacteria, and one or two molds, not viruses. Don't assume that this product on any way protects you from covid-19. Hopefully this helped, stay safe out there.

I love this spray. It does it all! I work at a hospital, so I use it on my scrub jacket, shoes, lanyard, etc to sanitize between washes. I also use it on my mattress when I change my bedding, and in my car to sanitize the seats and carpets. This has a great scent and dries clear and quickly!

I don’t have a backlight so I can only assume it’s sanitizing but I gave three stars for the scene. It’s super heavy, I bought this in anticipation of a new baby leaking all over my soft surfaces but I can’t bring myself to use this on anything that would directly touch her or be too near her nose

Tide Antibacterial Fabric Spray is a must have in my house. With a new baby I can’t take anything chances with germs. It also smells amazing, like fresh laundry. It’s very affordable and lasts a long time. Definitely recommend.

This stuff is the bomb! I use it on clothes, furniture, and even car mats! It has a fresh scent and I love knowing that little germs are being killed. It's very affordable as well. A little spray and go action if you are needing to refresh from being at the gym or out for a run. Kills that gym funk in a minute!

I bought a large 4 pack from BJ's on a whim and literally haven't switched back to Fabreze I love the scent, that it's also antibacterial I literally use it every night before I go to bed.

I love this. I have a bit of low level OCPD when it comes to hygiene and this really does help alleviate some of the paranoia when it comes to fabrics, especially beddings. The smell is potent but not wntirely unpleasant, strong at first but after awhile its a nice clean linen type smell. Especially great for furniture and carpets!

I absolutely would recommend this to everyone! Before I could find this In stores I was fogging my house with Lysol in the heat of the COVID-19 days. This reminds me of Febreeze fabric refresher spray. Except for it is actually killing bacteria! The smell is that of laundry. It’s light and not overpowering. I still use this on my soft surface furniture, before and after guests-for their protection and ours, just in case!

Tide Fabric Spray is AWESOME!! Can you PLEASE make it in a larger spray bottle. I also use regular liquid Tide forever.

Read the instructions before purchasing Bc I bought this for the items that I can’t put in a washing machine, only to read the back and realize you STILL have to wash the item if you use this, deeming it pretty ineffective bc I’ll use a laundry sanitizer additive to the wash for items I can wash, this is literally the most improperly marketed product around when it comes to household cleaners or laundry products. I even gave it a go, and the stuff leaves everything sticky. I was better off where I was with the fabric BEFORE I used this. very disappointing and wrongfully misleading/false advertisement on the behalf of Tide. They should be ashamed that they’re charging anything, let alone $8 a bottle in some cases. This is highway robbery if you asked me.

I love this Tide antibacterial fabric spray! I found it at Sam’s Club, in a three pack. It really does a good job and it smells great too! definitely will recommend this to anyone who likes the fabric sprays!

Great product for those hard to clean and delicate surfaces that cannot be washed. Leaves items with a clean fresh scent as if you just laundered it, but it does not linger after it dries.

Great product , I now prefer this over other fabric sprays since this one also is antibacterial! Great for soft surfaces I use it for carpet , couches, car seats & my dogs bed in between washes.

I bought this months ago when disinfectant sprays were hard to find. I let it sit on my shelf for a long time before I used it. Once I sprayed it, the scent was amazing! It may not take care of Covid 19 but it does eliminate other nasty contaminates. It can be a bit pricey and isn’t sold everywhere but I like it and use it sparingly as needed.

Omg. This product smells amazing and honestly, the scent lingers for several days. It makes me feel like I am protecting my family an extra step when I use this on the fabrics around the house. The bottle shoots out in a stream and heavy it doesn’t spray so you end up soaking your clothing or what ever you spray

I really like the scent of this product. It is not overpowering or floral. It reminds me of clean clothes which makes sense since it is Tide. After spraying a few of my couch cushions, the odor that seemed to be clinging, disappeared shortly after using the product.

Tide Antibacterial Fabric Spray 3 Count 22 Fl Oz Each I find this to be much better than febreze, they really freshen up your clothes. Even if it’s something clean, but has been hanging or in a drawer for a long time I’ll spritz before I wear.

Let me start by saying I was so excited for this spray. The smell is great but to my disappointment the bottle is junk! I have purchased 2 bottles and both had the spray trigger break on the first/second use! Way to expensive to waste my money on !

It's a blessing to add to my home. I use to spray shoes, bedding and couches. Not as strong as the traditional tide scent but it's a very light and pleasant smell. Not expensive.

Do have to use quite a bit, b/c the instructions say so. Smell’s alright. Wish the spray would be a continuous type, hand hurts when spraying so much (especially when it’s like a coat)

This smells exactly like the TIDE that we all know and love, but in spray form! Plus it kills 99.9% of bacteria?! WIN-WIN! Disappointed in this. Gave it 2 stars for sanitizing properties and because it did smell good after it was spayed. It took a while to dry on all the surfaces we sprayed it on and the smell didn't last. I guess I expected it to continue to smell after being sprayed like Febreeze. Oh well, I won't be buying this again.

It smells good but the smell doesn't last long. I've tried it in my husband's work shoes but the smell comes back the next day. It's nice up have something to get rid of germs on soft surfaces. It's affordable if you can find it. I would buy it again.

Can I prove that it kills bacteria? Do I know that it’s sanitizing my surfaces? I don’t know. Does it smell fresh and clean? That is a definite yes.

Bought this to spray on my coats and bags since I don't wash them as often as my cregular clothes. This is a genius product on tides end given the pandemic - definitely a no brainier for paranoid germaphobes like me.

I found this by mistake when doing an online grocery order. I was searching for Lysol spray and this popped up. I love this product so much. I have repurchased it twice. It also kills germs and is great for couches, comforters and freshening up clothes. It smells amazing!!

I’m so glad that Tide decided to come out with this antibacterial fabric spray. If you can’t find any kind of disinfecting spray this is definitely something you need to consider buying. It has the great tide smell and you can use it on anything that’s fabric we use it in the car on the chairs in the living room I even use it on the carpet‘s for when the kids decide to sneeze all over the place and people are walking in their bare feet on the carpet I use it on bedding coats things that I normally don’t stick in the washer definitely worth buying

This spray is pricey, but I like the peace of mind it gives me. It smells nice, so doesn’t hold a chemical scent on your clothing like some of the others we’ve tried. Recommend to all of those anal mamas out there!

I can not love this stuff more. It’s amazing! I spray it on my children’s stuffed animals that can’t easily be washed. It kills germs and smells so good. I also use it on couch pillows or just to freshen up sheets. Best stuff out there.

Although you do need to let the fabric dry when you use these particular nozzles, I do find that my clothes smell fresher and it’s really comforting knowing it’s anti bacterial— especially right now.

It is one of my favorite fabric spray. The smell is very fresh and clean. I often use it to spray my coats. One bottle last quite a while and the spray is very easily to use and the mist is very fine as well.

I liked (not sure on the bacterial purpose but I’m trusting it does kill germs). If it does I love it because then it keeps me from over washing certain clothes that I would want to keep looking nicer for longer or the fabrics that are harder to clean. Just wish they lasted longer and had a finer spray.

Let me say that with living in a pandemic Covid, this bottle made me so happy. We run a tight ship in our house since we have two immune weakened members of my family. After being in a public setting, ex. grocery store, we would strip down in garage, place our clothes in a sealed bag and toss into laundry basket in the garage. Tide antibacterial fabric spray arr a staple in my house. I've picked this product up before covid and still have been using it. Easy to use on couches, bed, and car. And has the signature Tide smell plus kill 99.9% of germs.

Love this spray !! I have been using it since the pandemic happened .. on the begging they were hard to find but not anymore .. it smelll amazing clean and fresh and on top it is antibacterial which makes it better. Is it on all my fabrics even my carpet after I vacuum

This stuff is incredible. It smells like fresh laundry and leaves rugs and fabrics clean. I’ve used it on pretty much everything in my house and I’m pleased every time. I’ve never had any issue with it staining, even on my light colored couch.

This Tide fabric sanitizer spray smells so clean and fresh. It isn't too expensive and it really comes in handy. I like to use this on my pillows and comforter.

It's a perfect product, especially at a time like this where everyone is concerned about Covid-19. It makes the clothes smell like it's fresh out the laundry (that's not an incentive to NOT do laundry). However, the spray comes out a stream which isn't ideal for fabric because it only focuses on a specific spot.

I love the way this fabric spray smells. You can spray it on furniture and bedding and other fabrics. The bonus is that it’s an antibacterial spray. It depends on where you purchase it but the price varies.

I like the idea of this product for sure, especially on the age of covid. You have to use a lot of product (many many sprays) for one item, so it could get pricy pretty quickly. The smell is also strong and different from what tide smells like. It wasn’t awful, but I didn’t love it.

The product itself is great and I love the fresh scent. However, the quality of the bottle needs to be better. The first time trying the bottle, the spray trigger snapped off so I went back to purchase a second bottle. The exact same thing happened with the second as well so it may be a manufacturing defect?

i have so many scents of these. they smell so good and you can spray it on just about anything!

On this time is so important cleaning everything I’m used this product is berry good and remove everything I like.

I use this for my kids clothes when they have stains and the stain will disappear but you got to put it directly in the stains

It’s great! Directions state to let fabric remain damp for 5 minutes. That’s a long time and takes a decent amount of spray to remain wet for the contact time. I spray my Twin size bed every other day and it takes at least 3oz to saturate the fabric to stay wet for 5 mins. Clorox and Lysol’s spray equivalent needs only 30 seconds to do what this does in 5 minutes. I recommend this if you want that classic Tide smell on your clothing and if you don’t plan on using it in beds or sofas, it takes too much product to remain wet for 5 mins on big furniture.

This is the most amazing spray on the planet. Smells just like fresh laundry AND it’s antibacterial. Great if you have pets and want a quick refresh or just if you want the nice smell of laundry in between loads ***note ibe bought this for about 3 years and have been looking for this for MONTHS since my last bottle ran out (even preCovid) it’s not at Target, Walmart, any Drugstore. I’m wondering if this is discontinued. Anyone know?

This is a great product works great on clothes, fabrics that can't be washed, and pillows. My only suggestion is have the spray come in a mist and direct spray. When spraying it would be better if it was in a mist form.

The concept is wonderful!! And I love that it kills germs on fabrics! I just wish the scent was stronger.. it fades fast I like highly scented products it makes me feel like my clothing is cleaner! Still love it though!

This stuff is a New favorite of mine. I love the fact that it disinfect and sanitize his fabric as well as most of the other surface but it also smells amazing!

I purchased the Tide Antibacterial Fabric spray solely to use on my face masks. However, I use the product on the soles of my shoes, carpet, etc. I’m on my second bottle now. I love this spray because clearly in times like this disinfectant is important. I only give it three stars because the sprayer is trash. It doesn’t most like it should to cover an area. It literally just has the hard stream so you basically soak one spot instead of an area. Please fix the sprayer tide lol

This stuff smells amazing and keeps my fabrics fresh and clean as if they just came out of the wash. I would recommend the spray nozzle be a little bit better. Other than that I love it and the price.

Due to my line of work I’ve been working throughout the pandemic. This became really handy when returning back home. We designated a small section in the entrance to my house to take off our shoes, jackets etc. We would spray our stuff down before putting it in the hamper to wash.

Thank you for this product, I love Tide products and once I saw this I knew I had to get it. My boyfriend is an essential worker and words for The Streets and Sanitation department. He sits in a garbage truck all day then goes to the landfill to dump his truck. This spray is great for his work clothes. Now I don’t have to worry about those outside work germs he may bring home

Great product to freshen your home up. I use it to spray the couches since my dog likes to lay around on them.

This stuff is great. It smells good and drys quickly. I use it on the couches, beds, dog beds, curtains, stuffed animals, etc. It can be used in so many ways, I love it. I highly recommend.

The fragrance is nice. There's no way for customers to prove that it actually works like the statement says it should. It's not registered with the EPA "N" disinfectant list to kill the human corona virus.

I'm glad it's antibacterial and does not smell bad at all. You can spray it all a lot of things, like clothes, sofa's etc. Whatever you want to clean and smell better. I love this product!!

I thought this product would be great, but it has a horrible, perfume smell. I sprayed some non washable face masks with this before I realized how bad it smelled. I can not get the scent out! Help!

I picked up a bottle of this stuff at Lowe's a while back to try and I love using on my mattress and pillows once or twice a month just to freshen them up and it makes them smell so fresh and clean!

I really love this spray because it gives me confidence my couch is clean between upholstery cleaning. However, the fragrance is really strong; a "Free and clear unscented" version would be great!

Whoa! I never buy sprays because I refuse to have a “lavender-but-also-dog” scented home. Funk is gone, super sniffers rejoice!

Love the product! Especially with two cats you never know what hidden germs could be lurking around. My only critique is that the nozel have a fine mist rather than the sharp spritz that comes out.

I have a small couch that my dog uses. And of course it doesn't smell the greatest. I was excited to spray Tide Antibacterial Fabric Spray on the dog's couch. The spray actually freshened up the couch, and created a nice clean scent in the room. I love it

So when I saw Tide had come out with an antibacterial fabric spray I jumped at the chance to try it. Tide always makes great products and this doesn't disappoint. I have 3 young kids so there are germs galore in the house. Now I don't have to worry about the couch and other furniture as much. I spray it down and I feel refreshed that I don't have to worry about as many germs. Plus the great scent makes me feel like it's clean.

I have used my Tide antibacterial fabric spray for so many things and it's great on everything. I love how it kills 99% of bacteria. My favorite task is spraying my son's football and workout clothes, it helps the odor tremendously. I also use it to spray my furniture to freshen it up. It smells so good! The smell on this fabric spray smells very refreshing & clean! It is not too strong, yet enough to give your clothes an enhance smell. I have 5 kids and I would definitely keep this around! I like using this Tide Antibacterial Fabric Spray. It works well and it smells good. I was excited to try this product because Tide is a good brand and it didnt disappoint. First off I love that it kills bacteria on fabrics, in a house with kids this is a plus. Second it also refreshens fabrics making them smell good for days. I spray it everywhere blankets, pillows, curtains, clothes, carpets, couches, and in the air also to refreshen my houses smell. I also use it to clean countertops. What a great product Tide Antibacterial spray is. It is easy to use and spray. It kills 99.9% of bacteria, which is great to use during the winter season where all my family was sick. I also used it on there sheets and bedding to help with odors and keep them smelling and looking fresh. Used it in my bathroom and laundry room as well. Great for cleanup after family meals and in the kitchen as well around the sinks and stoves. I love Tide they always tend to keep making products for us to use around our homes and I am a satisfied customer. I recommend this product for everyone to use in there home.

I have always been a tide brand user when it comes to laundry cleaning and been studied microbiology ,i am person who sees bacteria and microorganisms everywhere. This product is great , and the idea of sanitizing the fabric is outstanding specially for the fabrics that are hard to wash. Also being a person who travels alot ,this is so useful to have it, when we visit places ,hotels and other public transports. The only reason i gave it a four star because i wished the bottle could be of smaller size and the nozzle of the spray could be better while spraying because the droplets are big rather than a fine mist because if the fact that it is being used on fabrics. Other than else, it smells so good and leaves the fabric soft and refreshed.

When I first used this I loved the smell but I doesnt last long enough IMO. And the spray bottle needs have a finer mist like the febreeze. But i still like it and will use it in hoped they make the bottle better . it feels more like a Cleaner spray than a fabric refresher. I really really love that it antibacterial though !!!!!! Especailly with pets and kiss it awesome
