Caused a Severe Allergic Reaction Requiring Doctor
I had a severe allergic reaction to this particular product even though I have used other Tide detergents for years. There is something different about these pods. I had a swollen, extremely itchy rash over my entire body, including scalp, palms of hands, torso, feet, etc. My eyes and lips even started swelling. My palms had actual blisters from folding the laundry that I washed with this Tide product. I have asked the company to please reimburse me for the cost of the product as well as my doctor visit, steroid injects and prescriptions (less than $80 total). It's been 3 months and they are still dragging their feet. I cannot reach a real person in the company to ask why they are giving me the runaround. Terrible customer service. I definitely do not recommend this product.

POD don’t dissolve completely
Residue from pod left on clothes sticky hard I don’t realize it until after clothes are dry.Why is this happening can you please 🙏 help me with this issue please 🙏

- Incorrect Dosing: If the PODS are not dispensed correctly, they may not dissolve fully during the wash cycle.
- Load Size: Overloading the washing machine can prevent the detergent from dissolving properly. It's important to adjust the load size according to the cycle being used. For example, a normal/cotton cycle should have a hands gap between the top of the clothes and the drum.
- Water Pressure: Low water pressure can affect how well the PODS dissolve. This can happen in situations where multiple appliances are running simultaneously or if there are plumbing issues.
- Machine Settings: Some modern machines may not allow the PODS to dissolve properly if they are placed in a location where they do not receive enough water.
To help restore your laundry, I recommend soaking the affected garments overnight in water and then re-washing them without any detergent at the highest temperature allowed by the care label.
