Tide Plus Ultra Oxi White and Bright Liquid Laundry Detergent

I love Tide and have always used your brand. I am disappointed with the ultra oxy white and bright. It is staining my colored clothes thank goodness if I put them through the wash again without soap the stain comes out. I actually threw out an expensive pair of fig scrubs before learning the stain would come out. I have tried to wait to put the soap in until after the washer fills with water but it still leaves a stain. I would like to be refunded so I can buy a different tide product

I have used several Tide formulas recently with no issues; I figured I’d try this one because I was looking for something to brighten whites but when I opened the bottle the scent almost knocked me out. This is by far the most disgusting smelling detergent I have ever used. It smells like chemical. I honestly don’t know that I can even use the rest of it. What a waste of money.

Tide is not worth the money. It did not get out any of my stains. I mean none of them the ring around the collar some rusting other stains do better with a cheaper brand. Same amount of cleanliness. In fact cheaper brand cleans better.

We thought it would never come out! My daughter Emily invariably decides to wear her whitest clothes when she eats the messiest foods. So when I cooked up my spaghetti and meatballs for her and she was wearing her bright white cheerleading turtleneck, I had a feeling it wouldn’t end well. And not even a few bites in our fears were realized, a rogue meatball fell off the fork and right down the front of her shirt. My meatballs swim in grease. So to say she was upset was an understatement. It was covered in a trail of sauce and grease and on an all white shirt there was no hiding it. Thankfully we had recently saw the new ad for Tide Oxi White And Bright, in which Emily said she could be a future advertisement star for, and got it right away to store away in the laundry room for moments like this. And amazingly enough after one wash, the stains were gone. Spaghetti sauce AND grease gone in one wash. We were both thrilled. She will absolutely be packing this with her when she goes away to college this fall.

I have been waiting for a newer Tide product for a while. This certainly did not disappoint. The scent is incredible. Nice, fresh, and clean smelling. As expected, cleaning is top notch. To top it all off, it is low sudsing and rinses easily. I am very glad to see Cellulase included in the formula. I just wish they would make a detergent with Phosphodiesterase or Deoxyribonuclease to target body oil.
