Concentrated, easy to use, dissolves well, and keeps my family’s laundry clean and fresh without messy measuring.
Tide PODS Original are one of those laundry products that make my routine so much easier. I use them for everyday family laundry, sheets, jeans, and heavier loads, and I really like not having to measure detergent every single time. The formula feels very concentrated, so one pod is usually enough for a regular load, which makes it easy to control how much product I’m using. I also love how well the pod dissolves during the wash. I haven’t had issues with leftover detergent or that powdery buildup that can sometimes stay on clothes. The cleaning performance is really reliable, and my clothes come out feeling fresh and clean. I also like that the Original scent stays noticeable without feeling too heavy. The container is another big plus for me. It holds a lot of pods, keeps everything organized, and is easy to store in the laundry area. Since this pack comes with 76 capsules, it lasts a good amount of time in our home, which makes it feel practical and worth the money. Overall, these are easy, concentrated, effective, and super convenient for my everyday laundry routine. Definitely one of those products I like to keep stocked at home.

Overwhelming scent
I suppose the pod got my laundry clean. Hard to tell since it is hard for me to get near it; the scent (smell) is OVERWHELMING.

We understand scent is a very subjective matter, and we appreciate you providing us with this feedback, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to have.
For a safer Tide PODS alternative, I would advise you to try our Tide PODS Free & Gentle which is formulated for people with sensitive skin, and it is also dye-free and scent-free. And, more importantly, it has the same washing performance as these.
To remove odor:
- Rewash with the hottest water safe for the fabric, using the recommended amount of detergent and fabric softener.
- One cup of vinegar can be added to wash, if not bleach safe.
- Be sure to check owner’s manual on how to clean out machine or do service wash on machine.
- The heat from the dryer may help remove excess perfume from clothes, potentially leading to better solutions for consumers concerned about strong garment odors.

Scent last for days! Smells AMAZING!
These Tide Pods detergent is honestly the best and strongest smelling detergent I’ve used! We went to the water park, and these Tide Pods got out that chlorine smell from the clothes! It made our clothes smell so good and lasted for days! I love how these pods are a good size, and has a lot of product in one batch! I also love how it came with clear and easy directions, so my oldest son can do his own laundry with no hassle! In addition, I really love the feature of the baby proof lid! As a mother of a toddler, this truly keeps my mind at ease! Definitely recommend these for best smelling clothes that last longer than the usual detergents!
