Switching back to Gain

I purchased Tide pods instead of my normal Gain pods because of a sale at the time. Highly disappointed with the outcome. The pod burst and ruined my brand new sports bra. When I took it out of the dryer I noticed the pod was melted onto the bra and at that point there was no turning back. $52 down the drain. We wash small loads, not sure why the pod never dissolved.

Additionally, it may be helpful to know that all of our Tide PODS™ are completely water-soluble, so soaking the affected garments overnight in warm water, and then rewashing the next morning on the hottest temperature permitted by the items care label with no laundry detergent should remove any leftover residue from your fabrics. Scent TOO strong

The scent in this original formula is WAY too strong, even when using at half dose. Worse, the hoops their customer support expect you to jump through to get a refund are absurd. This product is not inexpensive. Buyer Beware!
