Have been using this for years because i love who my clothes smells after its dried and for soooo long. Now since the label changed, the smell did too. I literally did a 2 run cycle trying to figure out if it was my washer! Well now I have to look for something else because my clothes just doesnt have my signature smell n e more.

Tide is a brand I have been listening and my mum have been using since childhood. Lovely adorable and mainly affordable.

While I like using Tide Sport it makes my clothes smell great, I’m going to have to look for an alternative. With inflation the value is not worth it. I believe this is up almost $4 or mor on the large on from $17 to now almost $22. Goodbye Tide unless I get some coupons for $4 off.

This product works really well especially if you have any one who does sports in your house. Takes the odor right out. Would highly recommend and I will keep buying it.

You need to shake before every use. (upon looking at and pouring product there is settlement = heavier on bottom and film left on outer container. Uneven solution dark blue tide with lighter blue "fragrance") NOT WORTH BUYING. NOT WORTH THE EXTRA HASSLE. The uneven fragrance is/will destroy clothes, the same way fabric softener and dryer sheets do. NOT WORTH RISKING ON REAL SPORTS APPAREL $50 ea item. (fragrance is just a cover-up, all clothing washed is left with a "FILMY" = safer to just spray with regular febreeze then wash as NORMAL. So no harmful fragrance is left on clothes. Febreeze as needed afterwards exercise before washing) I hate any type of added fragrances, but was willing to try. Will donate remaining gallon. Only used 4 weeks. "original tide" is only worth buying, even when considering sports Stains/odor. (will try fragrance free "hygienic clean" mixed with "original scent" 50/50 = just need to kill odors not for stains. All my clothes are black/black = also to prevent odors while in storage, off season)

I’ve used this since I was in competitive & high school cheer. Always kept my uniforms fresh after cheering for 5 hours in this southern Texas heat! I still use it, it helps my fiancé’s work clothes smell fresh and keeps them smelling good for a longer period of time. His clothes still smell like tide when he gets home after a long day :) highly recommend

I always buy this product when I see it, I love tide but this variation is my all time favorite. Cleans the dirtiest, stinky,mess , stains ,sweat, & anything else you can think of ! The price is average but lasts for a long time with so many uses. The smell is so clean and fresh most of all it LASTS! I cannot recommend this laundry detergent enough. I worked at a drycleaners when I was younger, tide is the secret sauce when it comes to clean clothes trust me! It doesnt compare to really anything I have used besides other variations of tide ! This is a great product I do enjoy a good liquid however the price is too much for me.

If you have a teenage boy, this is what you need. No matter how smelly my son gets, this has worked wonders...! Its not the poor boys falt for going through puberty, but this always gets the smells out. I have forgotten on occasion to put in my downy softener, and still had clean smelling clothes. 10 out of 5 stars for this one. You wont regret it.

I love the smell of this product. I have a couple of girls that play sports. It’s hard to find a product to take the smell out of their clothes. This works well with their uniforms. Now if I could find a product for their shoes.

I like the smell in the bottle and the fact that it claims to work harder on sports smells, but I’m just not so sure it lives up to the hype. They fragrance can be a little weird out of the washer. Other than that, it seems to clean well, but the smell is a bit too sweet.

I like to use this on my work clothes and workout clothes. It has a fresh smell and I feel that my clothes comes out clean and fresh. Never had a problem and been using this detergent for a while now. It can be quite pricey, so I usually wait for a coupon and mix it with a sale!

oh my goodness let me tell you my son started playing football in high school and oh my gosh he smelled so bad and so did his close .So i tried this since it said sport in it and wow it really got all the stains and body Oder out of his clothes and trust me i thought nothing would .I honestly thought about throwing them away. Its pricy but worth it.

Sometimes you just need that extra kick of detergent when laundering gym/workout clothes. Tide odor defense gives that extra kick, gets all the sweat and dirt trapped in your garments. I do recommend along with washing workout clothes immediately.

Great for my husbands sweaty work uniforms and our gym clothes! Knocks out odor. Relatively and expensive laundry detergent but Tide always does the job right.

This works extremely well. It gets the yucky smell out of my children’s clothes and towels. I will likely be using this kind for a long time. It's worth the price because it cleans so much better splurge on the laundry detergent. Your nose will thank you.

I finished a small bottle of the Febreeze Sport that I take on trips and bought a large one to refill my small bottle. I did a load of cloths and thought it was me. The second load I did I noticed the scent was still off (now not bad but not was I used to). So I donated the large bottle to a women’s shelter and bought a better scented brand. The short story is if you don’t care about the scent of your clothes by all means buy this. If you do care move on to the other products out there.

This works wonderful for stinky things. I use it for my dogs bedding and blankets, since dogs stink. i also use it for my couch covers, pretty much anything in the house that my dogs come in contact with. I personally can't use Tide for my clothes because of my skin, but it works absolutely wonderfully on all dogs blankets and bedding. Highly recommend for anyone with stink butt dogs!

This makes my load smell so good! It also works great for light stains as well as simply refreshing a piece. The bottle is decent sized and can fit in small spaces with limited storage. Definitely recommend this

I absolutely love this detergent it leaves a long lasting scent on your laundry. I love this for my husband’s uniforms or work clothes. I have also use this on my pet beds and more. The only downside is I do feel that this is a little harsh on your nicer clothes.

This product is the best I have found for odor eliminating! My husband works outdoors year round, no matter the weather. In his line of work, he has to wear long sleeve fire retardant shirts even in 100+ temps. So you can imagine the sweat and odor that comes along with that. I got this to try for sweat odors but to my surprise, it also gets rid of the oil and gas smells with each wash!

I prefer to always buy tide laundry detergent. The sport odor defense has extra so it works really well

I really like using this detergent to help keep my clothes fresh, and clean. It works great to keep my active wear feeling like new, and even gets the tough dirt and grime out of my field clothes. It's not super expensive at most stores and I'd recommend it to all of my friends.

I love the smell, I just wish it protected my black clothes a little more and that the fabric felt a little more soft but the smell is amazing and it does a great job washing my clothes

This stuff really does work against smelly odors I have multiple teenage boys so I should know I truly believe that ride is the only detergent out th eww re that's not all watered down when i pay alot i expect whatever I'm buying to actually be what it says it is and do what it says it will and so far ride any type smell or whatever has been the best out there

This laundry detergent seems to do a decent job at cleaning but the odor defense part of it just covers up stinky laundry with a lot of added fragrance. It's a bit too much for me. I'm not a fan of stinky clothes but covering it up with extra added fragrance doesn't help either.

It’s a must if you have a teen boy in your house that plays spots. It’s not too shabby with work clothes either. Everything comes out smelling nice. My favorite tide was Tide total care...too bad it was discontinued. I took of one star because the clothes aren’t taken care of and as nice as with discontinued Tide.

Tide is my second choice to Percilla. It does smell good and remove stains, my husband is just sensitive to It

This stuff is amazing. I cleans so well and even the most smelly clothes smell wonderful after washing. Also the scent lasts for a long time as well. There isn't anything I would do to improve this product. I would recommend this product to others.

I have used multiple brands of detergent. None compare to tide. When you need the job done right tide is the way to go however it is usually expensive so I try and get it on sale and use it only when I have a tough job

This is my favorite laundry detergent. It’s smells good and really fights odors and stains. I’ve used it for years, throughout college until now and it’s always worked good. Leaves my clothes smelling good for weeks. Which is something I love about it.

Takes out stubborn stains and impossible smells. Before I found this gym clothes and dog bedding never fully smelled clean despite all efforts and the sanitize mode. Now it all comes out perfectly the first time and doesn’t smell over powering with scent. Just perfectly clean!

Performance wise with cleaning & deodorizing this product is great! My biggest con with Tide has to be the price. It is just way too expensive for my budget.

I’ve been using Tide since I was young. We grew up on Tide. Our clothes and always clean and fresh. It isn’t harsh on our clothes and the price is reasonable for such a good product. I’ve tried other detergents at times but i always come back to Tide because no one does it better!

Keeps odor at bay, not an overwhelming scent either. I have to make sure the kiddos don’t over use it since a little Tide does the trick to get our clothes clean.

Tide is a great brand; cleans clothes flawlessly. The febreze sport odor just makes it that much better smells so amazing. I use downy unstoppables I just add a very small out or none when I use this specific scent! A little expensive, they have tones of great deals when they go on sale.

The original Sport worked great - removed odors quite well and left the clothes smelling clean. I've read comments from Tide on other's comments that the scent changes, and they claim it has not. Maybe the problem is the febreze part is the majority of the scent vs Tide. Whatever the case may be, I agree with the others that this scent is now overwhelming. I do not want to smell perfume on my workout towel - as it makes it hard to breathe when wiping my face. Please bring back how this product was originally introduced.

I use this brand often but I’m thinking of switching it up some. It does do the job and gets the clothes smelling fresh. You have to be careful because it’s blue and it can stain if you don’t put the soap in the dispenser.

My son plays sports well he did before the pandemic. I trued a few other detergents before this one and they didnt remove the stains or the odor. This detergent does both and i dont even need to use alot.

It is alright. It gets the job done, but I was expecting more to deodorize my gym clothing, and this is not it. Pretty much the same as any other laundry detergent.

I like the scent of this detergent, but I expected more from it. It says it has Odor Defense, but I don't notice a difference from my previous detergent. I was hoping it would help more with the clothes we use at the gym, but it doesn't really do much.

I love the fresh smell our laundry has with this soap. I never really noticed that your soap does make a difference until I started purchasing this specific one. It’s in the mid range of Tide prices. Our clothes smell good, feel clean and don’t feel like there’s still dirt leftover after the wash. I recommend this one!

My Mother always used Tide the whole time I was growing up. So when I moved out on my own, I thought I would try something different. I only did that once!! Tide is by far the best!

It’s pretty much a tried and true. It’s not as natural as I’d like but it smells good and a good value when you use the correct amount and not what they recommend. They always want you to use more than you need folks! Remember that! You need clean clothes, this works, there you go.

I love tide! And the tide sport leave a nice scent all the time. Every time you move you can smell it. Definitely recommend tide sport. My family used tide growing up and it’s mainly the only thing I use now. Sometimes I switch it up to see if someone in the house is breaking out from it when that happens but usually isn’t the detergent.

I have 3 athletes in my home. This stuff works. It gets out stains, and freshens their clothes. I highly recommend.

I buy this detergent because its affordable and it works to clean my clothes. It's really nothing special but it certainly gets the job done. 

We bounce around from scent to scent. They all work fantastic for my family. Tide is a great product. My only complaint would be I think P&G has made the packaging less bright or with a lot less less pop recently... not sure if that is intentional. Tide used to jump off the shelf and right into my cart. It is starting to blend in with the others. I hope it stays #1.

I love this stuff. I work in a hospital and I feel like I go home smelling like such. I put my scrubs in the wash with this, and they smell fresh and clean, even after going through the dryer. This is a wonderful detergent!

I love Tide! Gets most stains out first try. I use this one for my kids play clothes, sports and work clothes. I also use this for my pets bedding and towels.

We really love this laundry detergent! It does a great job breaking down the dirt and leaving our clothes much cleaner! Great product that is a good value.

If I could afford to always buy tide, I would. The odor defense helps keep clothes extra fresh smelling. My kids are rough and tough on their clothes, and tide has always been my favorite detergent to use.

Tide is a go-to brand that is so trusted. Staple detergent. I’m an avid athlete so the athlete sport odor defense hit my hot buttons. I don’t know if it does anymore against odor than the original brand, but I love it!

With 2 sons who play high school football, Tide with sports odor defense is a must have for their laundry. It’s affordable, gets their sports uniforms clean and smelling fantastic. I recommend this for any moms with children in sports.

I would give this 5 stars if it was cheaper. I absolutely LOVE this detergent however it is very expensive. I’ve get kids that sweat in there sleep. This detergent gets any odors out in just one normal wash.

This is my favorite detergent by far. It definitely maintains my clothing color and quality. And also leaves everything smelling great without a heavy perfume smell. This is the only variety of detergent I buy

I started buying those specialized Tide when my little 'stinker' started really leaving her mark on the beautiful clothing I was buying her. She is such an athletic girl that she will have mud and stains all over her sparkly pink clothes. Although cite and adorable she could leave her bit of stinker after a fun summer afternoon. This Tide takes out all the stains and makes the clothes smell fresh and clean. I will be purchasing as long as she makes stains!

I love tide and this one smells so good. I don’t have to worry about whether it gets clean or not with tide. It’s tough on stains and keeps my clothes looking fabulous!

Love the strong long lasting smell, but not a good stain remover. Every day dirt is washed away but light stains seem to stick.

Love this detergent it takes any musky smell out of clothes and it makes everything smell soooo good, if’s awesome at removing stains

Great! This stuff gets rid of stains so well and rinses clean. The only downside is that it is pricey so if you do a lot of laundry it might not be the best option 

This product is great for sweat!!! I go to the gym and my clothes get sweat stains and can smell very bad but thanks to this product it gets all of the stains out and leaves it smelling so good! Highly recommend for people who workout or just sweat a lot.

This stuff smells really good, and makes my clothes smell really good too. A big bottle lasts me quite a while, and I don’t have to use too much to get my laundry really clean. I would absolutely recommend

solid detergent. no complaints about it. the smell is good and it does the job. i'm not sure what about it makes it "sport" but i like it

I have always loved this for athletic clothes, especially as my daughters started to play more sports. It worked well on those fabrics that just seem to hold on to bad odors. However, the most recent version with Febreze has a scent that is just too strong, and causes a skin contact allergy for our family. Seems like it went overboard to be too much of a good thing. We do not have issues with any other Tide product. Disappointed that we are no longer able to use this, and searching for another solution.

Now this is my favorite scent of laundry detergent! It really does get rid of any little lingering scent . Only downside is it’s always so expensive so we don’t buy it as often

Hands down my favorite and go to detergent. It smells SOO good! and Tide actually cleans your clothes and doesn’t leave a weird smell to them. I believe it’s affordable and always a plus when you can find a coupon on them.

To be honest, I cant say 100% if this is any better than regular detergent BUT I hope it does.  I use Tide Sport on all of my husbands workout clothes because they are so gross.  I usually let them soak in the soap for 30 minutes before washing them.  It seems to help the smell but we also use the scent beads too.  

Tide is not a good detergent. Your clothes specially cotton, smells terrible like it was never washed

I bought this to use on the kids sports uniforms, it seems like no matter what i used they still would smell grungy, this stuff WORKS! The smell is amazing, around $9 for a bottle and worth every penny! Gets stains out easily!

The tide plus for breeze sport and odor defense liquid is a game changer! If you have Laundry that has a smell no matter what you have tried, look no further and try this! I have tried many things on pieces of laundry and nothing has worked. Until I found this! It’s a must try!

This is my Go-To detergent for my family. Smells Great and the smell lasts! It works on my HE washer also.

I hated the smell of this there was not much I noticed differently from my regular tide to this other than the potent smell. It does get bad smells out with one was but I can not stand the smell of this product itself I had to rewash with regular detergent to try and get the smell of this one out.

This is one of the only detergent's that getting my kids and husband's clothes clean and smelling fresh. I've got three kids and they're hard on their clothes and this does a great job at getting the stains out and keeping them out. Highly recommend!

Works get on odors. Use it on my husbands work uniform to eliminate odors and to clean.

This is the perfect product for our home. My Fiance gets really dirty building ambulances and I have tried numerous brands and products, now I finally have something that gets his clothes completely clean. Thank you Tide!

This one is ok but I prefer tide oxy clean for the cleanest clothes and odor eliminator as I live with a mechanic
