Tide Brights + Whites Rescue™

I use these in front loaders, like their graphic on the package shows. The plastic-type coating did not dissolve two times I have used thes. The clothing they stuck to are ruined. It adheres to the clothing, essentially gluing parts of the clothing together.

Ditch the stain remover “rescue”. IT doesn’t work, these boost pods DO. Bring them back.

I can't find you anywhere, not even on Amazon. My subscription seller is no longer available. This product works really well. What happened?

Why is this product so hard to find!!! When I try to locate a distributor from website it says NONE?!?

I'm sure it's a great product, after all it is Tide. But this is not a good product for people with sensitive skin -- particularly contact allergies to fragrance or other sensitivities. It caused reactions for me. I'd like to try the Tide Oxi Free next and see if that will work for white fabrics.

This is an amazing product and keeps whites looking bright!!! Why discontinue a fabulous product??? What replaces it?

Hands down the best whitener ever!! Follows through on it's promises. Immediate results after just one wash cycle. But where have they gone? Has this been discontinued? No longer in store nor online anywhere. How could something so outstanding no longer be found? Sorely missed!

I found these originally at a local grocery store to try and they were definitely laundry changing! I unfortunately haven't been to find them in the stores anymore I can only find them on Amazon and the price is a little steep but my whites are brighter and it's convenient to throw one in the washer without having to measure out anything. My rating would be a 5 star if they were a little more affordable.

OH DO THESE TIDE BRIGHTS WHITES WORK WONDERS. I SEPARATE MY WHITE CLOTHES AND ADD THIS TO IT. IT LEAVES THE CLOTHES SO WHITE AND SMELLING GREAT. NO BLEACHY SMELL TO IT. IT IS VERY AFFORDABLE AND GREAY TO PURCHASE. I DEFINATELY PURCHASE THESE ALL TIME. 

Two pieces of fabric melted together in the dryer. The pod did not dissolve completely. After I discovered this, I tried to dissolve the pod in a cup of water. Still didn't dissolve. The membrane needs to be changed to work properly.

Not a big fan of the tide products my skin is very sensitive and these Tend to really irritate my skin quite a bit

i got the exact product that I wanted. There is an older version out there still, but Tide has fazed it out. This is the newer. Another company showed pics of the new look, but actually sent me the old version , which is different ingredients. So I sent them back.

Great for washing my laundry, would highly recommend to anyone!! It evens leaves a pleasant smell

I use this every time I wash my white and light colored clothing. I wear a significant amount of white. I can't thank you enough for making it.

Not only does it whiten your whites 3 shades lighter but it also smells GREAT!!! I will always use this product!!! It works great even with cheap dollar store laundry detergent.

You know it's working when your husband notices that his tee shirts are whiter and brighter! My only complaint is that they're often hard to find.

So far I've tried twice in my front load machine. One with warm water, one with cold. Each time the pod didn't dissolve. It left wet, white powder all over my laundry. Waste of money and time.

Blue with white rescue was good, plain white rescue is not. Tide Boost was the superior product and 1/3 of the price when purchased in the tub. Not worth the money.

Washed a small load with Tide deter and Rescue.The packet did not dissolve well and was gooey and attached to slacks. Beads in the bottom of washer. Possibly not meant for small loads in HE washer?

I washed in hot, softened water. I couldn't really see any significant improvement in the white cotton towels, but they weren't worse

I have used with white tablecloths that have spaghetti stains and they wash out. Kids clothes, ring around the collar, refresh white towels without using bleach. Love this product!

I had some clothing that just looked "washed out". This product brought them back to life and even took some minor stains out as well. I highly recommend this product.

The only downside is when you purchase these pods from amazon LLC pods do not have the blue veins in the product, it is only a white powder pod.

Terrible booster. Please bring back the Tide Stain Release duo pacs! Those cleaned and removed every stain I had. These didn't remove any stains, and worse yet I didn't my whites being any brighter.

Why get rid of Boost and the Free and Gentle option for those with sensitive skin? This new option has way too much perfume and doesn't work as well, to boot, plus not economical at all!!

Why would you pump the product full of perfume? Tide Boost Free was a solid product with no perfume. Why is this forced on us?

Why substitute an average product for a product that actually did the job? Please bring back Boost.

I really liked Boost. Rescue does not seem any better and it is not cost effective. Please bring back Boost, or make larger packages of Rescue at reasonable prices - like the tubs Boost came in.

I have used Tide products for 50 years. This is the only problem. It does not have benefits. And it has the strange chemical order. Please reformulate, Tide!

Try this product for the first time, my clothes have tide product all like one of the pods never break and I have to wash again. Wastes of money and very spend.

I loved Tide Boost pods!! Nothing else keeps my towels from smelling moldy. Please consider bringing back that product. The Rescue pods are not as efficient.

Tide boost was perfect for my brights and LIGHTS. I use different pod for just whites. This new product isn't as effective to use for everything. Bring back the boost!

What happened? You had a great product and have dropped it for something that isn't wanted. I loved both how the Tide Boost pods helped clean my clothes and how they left my clothes smelling.

The smell was overpowering and the clothes smelt like it coming out of the washer and dryer. I washed a white bed sheet and a couple white towels with it hoping to brighten them up and they came out looking the same (I did add laundry detergent too). The packs just did not work for me. But they are easy to use.

At first I was nervous, I thought something bad was going to happen with my clothes, especially using a product that targets both your brights and your whites. I decided to take the leap of faith with a load of dingy towels at first (just in case). Well let me tell you, I was not disappointed. My towels looks so clean, so fresh and bright as ever. I was thoroughly impressed! Next I decided to to a load of bright (ish) and white clothes that were in need of some restoration. Especially the whites, as they were starting to get that hint of yellow. Gross! Anyway, I just popped in one pac of Tide Brights + Whites Rescue™ along with my Tide detergent and ta-da! My clothes came out of the wash looking as if they were sparkling!! I was so impressed. The yellowish stains came out of my whites and my bright clothes looked brighter than ever. My old of laundry looked like I had bought everything from the store that day. Lastly, this product smells wonderful. Let's not forgot to mention that this product really leaves your clothes with that "fresh" scent.

I think I need to use this a bit longer before noticing much of a difference but, I know it has helped with brightening colors just not whites as much. Unfortunately, the positives stop there for me. My clothes did not look any different than when they were washed with regular detergent. In my before and after photos, it appears slightly brighter, but that was only because of the lighting angles- there really wasn't any difference in brightness. I would skip this additive because the additional cost would not be worth the lack of results.

I added this to my entire load of whites and beige or cream color clothes for family and after just one wash there was visible difference in the brightness of the clothes. After second wash our clothes looked brand new and not couple of years faded white ones. The only drawback is that pods are fixed size so I had to place an entire load of whites to actually use the pod efficiently. If you just want to wash few white tops or pant with it then it is bit expensive. The way I prefer is to get an entire load full of whites tops, skirts, pants, shirts, t shirts, shorts, socks and sports band etc and then add tide brights and whites rescue to laundry with detergent. Twice for whites and then twice for bright colorful clothes and it was enough for summer to get fresh white and vibrant clothes on. I wish there was way to control the amount you could add for small laundry load. I received the product free as part of crowdtap sampling program. This is my honest review after using the product.

The entire load came out with the white looking brighter and refreshed. I liked that I could mix fabrics and items and still get positive results. I wish Tide Brights + Whites Rescue Laundry Booster protected my clothes as well - helping them keep their shape or the integrity of the fabrics. And I would prefer if this was a combo product with detergent, rather than having to use two separate items in the laundry. But overall the product delivered on its claims.

It seemed find I a good job brightening up the color of my clothes, and did a good job on fresh stains, but I didn't really see any improvement on the older set-in stains that were already in my clothes. It did a good job freshening up my bedding and getting rid of the body oils that made it look dingy and of getting dirt stains out of my favorite capris, but it didn't get rid of any cooking oil stains or make a significant difference in older stains after only one washing. It might do better over time, but I have a feeling that my set-in stains are here to stay. I received a free sample of this product from Crowdtap to try and review. Know that from the beginning It is a BOOSTER to add to your laundry, so you are still using detergent and fabric softener. To first try this, I used the BOOSTER on a load of whites. I definitely think it brighten the load in just one wash. It also made a huge difference on my boyfriend's dirty looking white work socks! The only thing that was strange to my was the smell of the BOOSTER. It smelled a little stale to me, but the detergent and fabric softener made it so you didn't smell the BOOSTER at all. However, when I use the Rescue pods in addition to Tide detergent, I am a believer! My colorful tops and skirts are restored to like new color. I have a one watermelon top which pops even more than it did when purchased, it's a beautiful bright melon color. Plus white socks which were dingy, look whiter and newer, it truly does restore up to 3 shades of white. As a bonus, my clothes smell amazing!

I washed my whites and also light and bright colored clothes with the pods along with Tide detergent. Most of my whites came out their whites, there were a couple t shirts that were still a bit dingy for my liking, they're old and mostly had armpit stains which I hadn't pretreated so that's probably why too. As for the light and brights I didn't notice any significant brightening in color but they were very clean and free from normal wear stains. I have plenty of white shirts that have become dingy over time especially under the arms and around the collar. Even after repeated washes they have begun to lose their luster. The product says it returns up to 3 shades whiter, and I would say that it lived up to that promise. However, don't buy this product with the expectation that it will return your clothes to like new.

However, somehow it actually brightened my clothing. I don't know how, but it did. I had a few shirts which I used to love, but they became faded after so many wears and washes. I had a whole pile of white socks and washcloths that I was going to give this on shot with. I added my current Tide Free and Clear type Pac’s of soap along with this brightener Pac (These are not detergent and you need to add that to the wash) and placed them on cold. Wash 1: When I pulled them out, I did see some improvement, but not a BIG major change, which in all honesty is expected. Wash 2: I did then proceed to wash another very small load of the same white socks and felt like the second time around they did get noticeably whiter. These can get pricey to add to your wash, but to use them once-in-awhile to a load or two of just the clothes you need to brighten, would not be too bad on the pocket book. Please note, this product can also be used to brighten colors. It does NOT contain any bleach therefore is safe for all of your machine-washable clothes.

After using the laundry booster I noticed that it made their socks look cleaner and whiter. Super easy to use, all I did was add the laundry booster and detergent into the washer before loading up clothes. The capsule that holds the laundry booster dissolves in the washer (hot or cold water). I have a septic tank and have never had any problems with the plastic capsule that holds the laundry cleaning products. Easy to use and no need to measure anything to get brighter & whiter clothes.

It also did help with some sheets. I noticed a big difference in some that had gotten pretty gross. Not as much as I would have liked, but that might take a miracle.
