Tide PODS® Laundry Detergent Spring Meadow Scent

I couldn’t figure out where the fish smell in my washer was coming from, untill I bought these pods again and opened the container and got a nose full of fish smell. I was hoping it was the plastic container, but I put on a shirt today that I hung dry after washing and it has that icky fish smell! Why!?

I bought some of these from Walgreens and a huge box from Sam’s before I ever used them because Tide is top quality. I took my clothes out of the washer and GAGGED! These smell DISGUSTING! I actually deep cleaned my washer thinking it was my fault the clothes smelled bad. (Note: it was NOT my washer, but indeed was the detergent.) I’m not sure who told Tide these smell like a “spring meadow,” but they smell more like the fish stuck out on the land after the water level goes down. I now have 150 Tide pods I don’t know what to do with and am out $30 because I already opened the boxes.

I've used tide spring meadow in the past, and thought I'd use them again since the price at Costco was so good. BIG MISTAKE!! I read the reviews of a fishy smell and it's true. Why is it that P

First world problems for sure but these pods have been ruining my life the last week.I thought I had washed a piece of clothing that made the washer smell horrible so I've been researching like crazy and trying everything from baking soda to vinegar to bleach for days to try and get rid of the smell but each time I ran a load in hopes it was gone, it was still there. I was contemplating purchasing a new washer bc of it. Then low and behold I happened to smell one pod and realized it was coming from the pods! I had just purchased Spring Meadow at costco bc they were on sale whereas I had always used the oxi scented ones before. I'm just so thankful I finally realized it was the pods. All this to say, just as many other reviewers have said, the Spring Meadow scent is horrible, like chemicals and doesn't fade away.

I have purchased these pods for years but I had to find another brand after the scent was changed. After seeing all of the reviews you know it is not user error. Please bring back the original scent. I don’t understand how losing all of these customers is really worth keeping the new gross scent

Wow. Shocked and surprised. This product should have never gotten out of the development phase in this condition. If there were truth in advertising, this product would have been called Fish Oil Factory Scented. I have been using Tide products for decades. They are (were) the gold standard for quality in my opinion. When the clothes comes out of the washing machine smelling worse than they went it, you have an issue. A big issue. When your recommended solution on this site suggests that the end user is using the incorrect amount of product...this makes matters worse because implies the product is fine and the consumer isn't smart enough to do laundry. Really? Bad approach. This may sound mean-spirited but it really isn't. I want to implore you to go back to the drawing board on this product or start marketing it specifically to those who want to have that "fishy-fresh scent".

I bought a large package of 112 pods. My laundry was smelling so bad after washing and finally figured out it is the pods. The smell is embedded in the clothes and I can’t get it out. It almost smells like fish. Very disappointing. I hope they rectify this formula soon

I usually buy tide pods to wash. I recently bought a large quantity of 4 packs in 1 of tide pods and its smells terrible. The first time I washed one load of laundry the clothes smelt so bad I thought I forgot to add the tide pod and re-washed it with another pod. Then I realised that the pods no longer smell the same. It used to have a fresh clean smell. Now it smells like dirty sweat. And my clothes aren't sweaty. If this formulation remains I will switch to a different brand. I like the smell of freshly cleaned clothes, bedsheets and towels. Right now I feel like my laundry isn't getting clean. 🤢

This was the worst thing I have ever bought bc the smell is so bad. I will never buy this again or even shop from this brand. It ruined all my clothes and the smell doesn’t go away, and I’ve smelled it in my room for weeks even after rewashing my laundry load twice. DONT buy it, the other reviews are right and I wish I read those before I made the worst investment ever.

Bought a 76 pack at Publix. No scent. Been buying the same thing in smaller quantity at Walmart.

Our family is not a fan of the new Spring Meadows scent in tide pods. I started using this scent years ago as it was recommended on Airbnb as the most clean smell for sheets in our Airbnb now it is overpowering and smells like cheap perfume on our clothes. Please consider changing back to the original formula which was so much more clean smelling and unoffensive, especially for those of us who have allergies.

Totally hate the new scent, even though Tide representative vehemently denied changing the scent when I complained mid-last year. After many many complaints, Tide finally said the scent was modified. From many reviews left here, nobody thinks the new scent is better. As another reviewer said, "there was nothing wrong with the scent bloom previously, please change it back and make an announcement when you do because I’m never buying more of this ‘upgraded’ product!"

I love this scent! I wish it was available in a regular liquid, or for use in warm and hot loads.

I’ve had to wash my clothes several times with different detergent because I could not get the smell of fish out of them. The smell of fish is so powerful and strong on my clothes when they are all dried. I will be switching my laundry detergent and will not recommend these pods to anyone. Bad move for switching the scent.

I truly thought something was wrong with the laundry and someone spilled bug spray everywhere. New scent is terrible!

I’m confused how changing how the ‘scent blooms’ completely changed the smell of the product. I could not figure out why my clean loads of laundry smelled like fish and after switching multiple products like my dryer sheets, I discovered it was the Spring Meadow pods! Even the bag and container smell! It’s awful. We’ve used Tide for years but I’ll be switching brands immediately. This needs to be fixed since it appears I’m not alone.

You need to change the scent back to how it was, or at least make another version of this new scent, but don't call it spring meadow. This new scent does smell awful. I have to use two dryer sheets just so that it won't smell that bad from the new spring meadow scent. I have loved the original spring meadow scent for years, but I'm very disappointed now. I'm sorry to say this but who ever led your research to change the smell, dropped the ball on this one.

I have used these pods for years, and I always made sure to get the Spring Meadow scent because it always smelled great. The new scent that is now marketed as Spring Meadow is simply awful. Putrid does not even begin to describe it. I loathe having to wash my clothes now because it starts the disgusting scent cycle all over again. But because I spent so much money to buy the pods, I am hesitant to just throw them in the garbage. That said, I am not sure how much longer I can stand to use this product. My guess is they will end up in the garbage can because I cannot in good conscience give these away to my worst enemy (let alone a friend or family member).

Tide, please go back to the old formula or fix the putrid smell. It definitely isn’t just this scent. It’s every single tide pod - original, cold water spring meadow, the febreeze ones, the sports ones, the ones with downy, the light scent ones - they all had the same putrid smell when I checked them at the store It has to be whatever they added to the new formulation for all the tide pods or something. I smelled every single one. Until they change the formulation back or reformulate again, DO NOT BUY THE PODS. If you like tide, maybe sticking to liquid or powder is best but idk if those are even safe moving forward if they change those formulas with whatever they did to the pods. Maybe it’s best to transition early to a competitor….

Way to go, Tide. Deceiving the consumer by changing your product formula and not disclosing. I stocked up on it at Sam’s and am now out $50 in detergent that’s going to someone else because the “new” scent is horrendous. Just lost a decades long customer.

I’ve been a loyal Tide user for over 30 years. The new Mountain Spring pods scent is beyond gross. Overly perfumed and clawing. Plus, my laundry machine smells like sulfur. I now need to return several boxes to Costco. I’m so disappointed. Please bring the old scent back!

I’ve used this product for 5 years and loved it. The most recent box I bought at Costco is horrible. It is SO strong smelling I had to return it. It gave me a headache and I couldn’t sleep with the freshly washed sheets on the bed. It took me a while to figure out why. I’m so disappointed because the original was great, just a light scent.

I bought an entire case of this cr*p at Costco, now I have to lug it back and return it. I used to love this scent. Now it smells like fish.. Absolutely disgusting. I had to rewash my jeans twice with a different detergent to get the fish smell out and I’m scared to dry them and bake in any potential leftover chemicals. It’s not the washer, it’s the pods. Not sure if it’s a bad batch or they changed the formula. The container even smells like fish so I had to put it outside.

I used some other tide pods recently with oxiclean that I didn’t like and was really looking forward to going back to our tried and true spring meadow only to my horror to find the scent has changed and it’s awful!!! It’s sooooooo strong and chemically smelling. I even cleaned my washer thinking that was the problem. Nope. Same outcome and the bags even smell horrendous. Came online to see if I was crazy only to find you changed the formulary! It’s a completely different scent - how can you still claim this to be spring meadow? Please change the formulary back! I will not be purchasing more and will be looking for a new detergent until this changes back. So disappointed.

I’ve been using these Spring Meadow Tide pods which I purchase in bulk from a warehouse store for years. This last batch has a horrendous smell like rotting fish. The smell remains in my washer, dryer and on my clothing long after the laundry is done. I’m sorry to say I will be switching to a new brand.

The new smell is complete trash. Very chemical-y. Will not be buying any more of this

Why in the world would Tide decide to change the scent so drastically is beyond me. Absolutely no one was complaining about the old scent. Horrible.

Just like others wrote, I hate the new smell since you changed the formula. It lingers on some fabrics longer, so I had to rewash them with different detergent a couple times to get rid of it. I hope you bring back the old formula then I will be happy to buy it again.

Spring Meadow was my holy grail. I used to enjoy the scent of my house when I'd do a load of laundry – in fact, I'd find excuses to do laundry just because of the scent. When coupled with Down Unstoppables Fresh, it made my robe smell incredible for weeks. Then came summer 2023 and I noticed a vinegar-like smell that made me queasy. At first I thought it was my washing machine, so I ran a clean cycle on it several times. Then when I picked up a pod to do a load of laundry, I realized the scent was coming from the pod itself. We immediately stopped using them and brought our packages back to Sam's Club and Target, and threw out what we couldn't return. When i can't wear my clothing because I'm nauseated, something is very wrong. The scent bloomed just fine before. Many loyal customers exclusively used this scent. Now it smells like pickles and vinegar. I have not used Tide at all since and I am now seeking out a replacement that resembles the original smell of Spring Meadow.

I have used spring meadow hygienic clean for years and loved the scent. I bought some at Walmart and my clothes smelled like fish. I thought maybe I got a bad batch so then I bought another package at Target. Same stench! Now I'm out $50 on this trash 😩

Ihave been using the spring meadow scent for as long as it’s been out I noticed you changed the spring meadow to cold water in the process of doing that the scent is a awful chemically smell that’s hard to get rid of I have ALWAYS used cold water and it cleaned and smelled just fine please bring back the old scent or I’m changing brands . I can’t take this new smell it’s nauseating.

I have used Tide pods - Spring Meadow scent for years. Never had a problem until I opened 4 multi-pack box from Sam's Club about a week ago. It smells terrible. It is incredibly strong. After using it in a load you can't even walk in the laundry room without almost being overcome. The clothes wreak of it after laundering. Other people smell it in a social situation. So far washing clothes again in another scent free detergent doesn't even get rid of the stench. So what am I supposed to do with 4 unusable bags of Tide pods? Obviously there is some kind of manufacturing problem. Need to get to the bottom of it while you still have some customers left! I just have to hope that I can find a way to get the smell out of clothes or they will be a loss on top of the cost of the product!!!!!

This used to be my favorite product. Now it smells like solvent and the odor is so strong even after drying. I cannot even use more than one pod because if I do the smell is overwhelming. It does not smell like a spring meadow; it smells like a dry cleaning factory with gasoline on the floor.

We have used Spring Meadow pods for years and loved the mellow, fresh scent. Just bought some more pods and immediately noticed a different, strong, unpleasant smell to the clothes after they were washed. Not only does this unpleasant odor stick on the clothes, it permeates the house. We can’t stand wearing our clothes now due to the annoying odor. Will be returning the pods to Sam’s and buying a different brand.

I buy in bulk. Just bought a new stock and the PODS smell horrible. I had to rewash my clothes three times and still couldn’t lose the smell.

I’ve been using TidePods for a couple years. I purchased SpringMeadow and it literally smells like I washed my clothes in Fabuloso floor cleaner! I had multiple coworkers also tell me the scent was so strong and smelled horrible! Please change this formulation, I’ll be taking my purchase back to the store for a refund.

I had several brand new items that I bought for back to school. The pod exploded all over the clothes in the washer and ruined them. There was sticky stuff with blue dye from the pod on our new clothes 😩😩

The new scent of the Spring Meadow pods is simply awful. I am returning it and grateful to our local retailer that they will refund so I can buy something else. Please go back to the old scent!

We recently bought a new package of spring meadow scent pods, and to our surprise the scent changed a lot. The new smell is like cheap bathroom air freshener. It is really disappointing because I really loved the smell, and now it’s headache inducing. My daughter, who is really sensitive to smells, noticed it too. Was the formula changed?

I have used Spring Meadow tide pods for 7 years andI really love the way my clothes smells after washing. I was very disappointed to discover the recent batch of spring meadow tide pods I purchased smell nothing like they normally do. I returned them because I didn’t care for the way they made my clothes smell. I see someone else had a similar experience. Will the original spring meadow scent be restored or was this just a fluke?

I have been using Spring Meadow for several years and my whole family enjoys the scent on our clothes, however the current batch of pods (says Spring Meadow on the containers) smell more like the original scent once the clothes are washed, which I hate the smell of the original scent. I currently have two large containers of pods and I don’t want to use them because of how they are making our clothes smell. What’s going on? If the scent isn’t corrected, I will be looking for something I like, which may mean switching brands. I hope I don’t have to do that.

I bought this because it says it works in cold water. It doesn't. The outer pod covering was all over my clothes. I had to wash again. I have used other brands of pods with no problems. I even put the pods in the washer with the water first and added the clothes later. Tried warm water too. Not happy with these at all!

Convenient, smells nice, although too much at times. Leaves my socks itchy; No bleach is used, I almost always use deepwater wash

I decided to try cold water pods and bought the 112pacs thinking it was going to work. But after first use I noticed the clear out layer didn’t dissolve and stuck to my clothes. Second time I tried load as heavy setting and warm, and still same result. Now, I’m stuck with remaining pods.

These pods are great for travel! We do laundry a lot when on vacation, and these are so easy to pack into a suitcase. Plus I love the Spring Meadow scent, and the scent is long lasting. They also do a great job of getting our clothes clean.

Tide Pods are my go to laundry cleaner. And the spring meadow scent is my favorite. Pods are the easiest way to clean our laundry hands down. No messy filling up of laundry cups and just a toss in the machine. I usually use at least two pods for every loads - I have four kids and a husband. Some loads I use three - depending on how big or dirty the load is. These smell fabulous and leave my laundry smelling fresh for days to come!

I use regular tide pods the daily, so I thought I would give these scented ones a try. After first few uses, I fell in love with scent. My clothes smell better. Cleaning is the same just smell is so much better. I have since switched to these tide pods for regular washing use.

These tide pods in spring meadow scent are very pleasing to your nose. Scent is very subtle and make the clothes smell great beside cleaning them. Clothes come out shiny with each wash. One pod ones for whole load of laundry and still get a shiny basket of laundry.

With so many out there it can get a little overwhelming when it comes to detergent but I'm glad I got to try these pods. I don't dispise laundry day since these are several products stuffed into one and actually get the job done. Saves space and time and the scent is family approved. I do have a habit of over stuffing my laundry even though I know better but I'm always in a rush since it's my one day off. I only toss one in and believe it or not it actually gets my laundry clean and I can still smell the scent. I've even skipped using the pre-stain spray and to my surprise small stains have come out on their own. I absolutely love that there is no premeasuring or mess involved. I finally got around to washing my husband's hats and they look brand new again so I'm very pleased with the results from one pod. I highly recommend for the scent and performance!

I typically used other brands for my husbands work cloths, and only used tide for my new and more delicate cloths! I wash my husbands a cotija with this pods and he noticed tight away, the cloths mire cleaner and soft smelling amazing! Definitely there is a difference from other detergent I usually use with his works Clothes!

The brand speaks for its self, so all the different variations and fragrance are worth it. I have trusted tide since my college days and sprig meadows is an amazing it makes your laundry smell fresh and its super clean.

My review for Tide Pods. Coldwater clean spring meadow scented. 3-1 pods detergent+stain remover+color protector. I liked the way the bag is made so it is harder for a child to be able to open. I also love the way these pods make my clothes smell and they leave my clothes smelling fresh for days.

I wanted my son to start washing his clothes since he's a teenager. He's immature and can't be trusted to measure the liquid detergent properly, but the tide pods are perfect for him. They cleaned better than other detergents and smelled amazing. Tide made it so easy for him and for us.

The Tide pods leaves your clothes clean in one wash. I usually use liquid detergent but decided to try pods again. I only use one pod for my large loads and my clothes still get clean and smell fresh.

First thing I like is the child guard zipper how makes it safer around kids. The smell on my L clothes and lines has the perfect spring scent. This brand is always a bonus in our household. It keeps the colors in our clothing.

I was really excited to try these Tide pods for cold wash. I used two per load. They came out fresh and clean! I only have cold water line hooked up to my washer so this works perfect! Definitely recommend!

Received this product a little over a month ago. And it smells great and has lasted me over a month and I still have some. Even with kids and a husband who have sensitive skin this does not break them out!

These are by far, my favorite pods. The scent is very fresh and lasts. The pods dissolve well and didn't leave any residue on my clothes. The pods are very easy to use and left my clothes smelling wonderful and feeling soft.

I've been a loyal customer for many years. I try all of the products and tide is always my go to. This was a nice scent, I am sensitive to detergent smells. This one was wonderful. It was easy to just drop in the pods and let it do the work. My clothes smelled great and looked very clean.

I really like these. I don't use a lot. Only 3 for a large load but 2 is recommended. They get my clothes clean and even though the pods are small they're powerful. The scent is great as well and doesn't leave residue

This is the only thing that works to get my clothes clean. I work in a steel mill and always have issues getting the bone dust out of my clothes this solves that no problem. Great for a working household.

I absolutely love Tide Pods. My husband has a job where he gets grease on his clothes all the time. Just two pods in a full load of laundry takes all the grease stains and smells out of his clothes. They are very easy to use just throw two in and you're done no need to pretreat

These detergent pods are very easy to use and convenient instead of measuring a cup of liquid I can just throw these into the wash and it dissolves with water. The bag it comes in is nice cause it has a zip up closure.

My wife has set this aside as the specific laundry detergent for her clothes because she really loves the scent of this detergent. We have been using Tide for a long long time so we have different variations in our home for each person and their liking. This cleans the clothes well and leaves them smelling clean and fresh. There is no residue or sticky stuff left behind either.

First off these pods make things easier and less messy, just toss 1 to 3 of these into the washer after putting the close in , 1 for small up to 3 for large load, I love the spring meadow smell, which seems to last longer then other brands, and my clothes always come out clean and fresh

New convert to pods, just toss two tide pods into my laundry and no fuss no muss clean nice smelling clothes, the pods create a nice sudsy wash. And clothes come out super clean. There is none of the streaking that powder detergents sometimes leave.

I have used this for almost a month now and I live the way it smells and leaves the clothes smelling too. It doesn’t leave any residue on your clothes from the pod which I was a bit worried about. It nice to just be able to throw it in and start the load

These pics are really convenient, quick, and mess free. I usually buy the large detergent containers and my biggest pet peeve is the design of the measuring cups and how messy they get. No mess with these and you get exact measurements every time. For cleaning power they seem to do a great job and leave a nice fragrant scent behind. I placed a pretty filthy towel I used for dusting in with a small load and one pid, and it came out nearly spotless, and this was without pretreating the stains. These are a little pricier than the big jugs of liquid detergent I generally buy, but are great if you have the budget!

These are absolutely amazing. We use 2 per load usually and we have one messy toddler. They make our clothes smell absolutely so fresh, as well as gives them a thorough cleaning. Highly recommend using these for a fresh clean smell and tough stains.

Ok so, the smell of these pods alone won me over honestly. They smell incredible and leave my clothes smelling fantastic as well. They felt very clean. I do however, wish the scent stayed on clothes longer tho.

I absolutely love the convenience of these pods. They work great. I've used products that don't fully dissolve in the washer and I've had to wash serveral times. These worked in one wash and leave clothing smelling fresh. I would also like to mention that they thoroughly cleaned clothes. Even my eight year olds muddy dirty clothes. I have always used in loved tide products mainly their powder detergents in their softeners I decided to try Tide Pods for the ease and convenience and I'm very impressed it's so much easier to just be able to throw in a tide pod into your laundry and get that same fresh smell with the cleanliness that you can always expect from tide highly recommend this product in anybody that does laundry at all should buy this

Tide has been a family favorite ever since I was a child. It has definitely improved over the years and it's still the one I use today. Works great on stains and smells amazingly fresh. I definitely recommend this product

This is probably my favorite Tide scent. I’m a big fan of the pods because it’s just super convenient to throw them in and go, no dripping soap in the laundry room. I also only wash on cold to save energy and this one is specifically made for cold water which is an extra bonus!

These pods are so easy and convenient to use! You just toss it into the drum with your dirty clothes— no need to measure or scoop or make any kind of mess! They work great and gets my clothes feeling clean and fresh! The scent is pleasant and not too strong. I’m a huge fan! Highly recommend!

Tide pods in the spring meadow scent was not one I had tried before. The scent is not overpowering and is great for this time of year. This let my clothes feeling soft and no static from the softener being built in! Easy to just toss into the washer.

I love the Tide PODS it makes doing laundry alot easier and not as messy. I can even send the kids to help do laundry now and don't uave to check up after them. With the same scents you can find in the regular soap its the best.

Gosh I've been using Tide products since I was about 13 living in my parents home. My mom used Tide so I carry on that tradition. Of course she used the powder because the pods had not yet been created. I love all the different scents. I chose to try Spring Meadow because I love fresh clean scents on my clothing and Tide didn't disappoint. These pods cleaned every stain thrown at it and left my clothes smelling wonderful for several days after the wash. Unless Tide changes the formula of these pods to the point they no longer work. I'll be a Tide user for the rest of my life. Thank you Tide for ALWAYS doing a great job on my laundry!

These are amazing!!! I absolutely love the tide pods with the scent inside. They clean so well and always leave my laundry very fresh. These make doing laundry way easier and there's is less of a mess. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

I love using the tide pods. I have always used liquid detergent but I recently tried these tide pods and they work great. When it is a heavy load I use two. The meadow scent also smells great. Glad I made the swap!

These tide pods are amazing. I sweat a lot during my workouts and my clothes end up REEKING. These pods do an amazing job of cleaning the sweat stains and making my clothes feel as good as new! I highly recommend these tide pods.

I used this Tide PODS Laundry Detergent in my laundry. It comes in a pack of 9 capsules. One capsule/pod is enough to deeply clean one small load. I love the fresh scent it left on my clothes after they were washed. The zipper closure is excellent for people who have small kids. The tight closure keeps the pods effective while keeping their scent intact. The pods have 3 in 1 function. They clean, freshen and brightens color for the clothes in the laundry. Great product that doesn't leave any white residues on clothes like some laundry products do.

I like the idea of helping our environment by conserving energy. Using cold water is also gentler on clothes. It helps reduce color bleed and prevent shrinkage, so I was happy to use this soap. For a large load I use two pods to get my husband's work clothes nice and clean. The spring scent permeates the clothes and lasts.

I have to admit that this product works. My daughter has a light pink school bag and it was really, really dirty and stained. These Tide pods got rid of all of the gunk! The smell is amazing and it lasts. Would highly recommend if you are needing a deep clean and a great scent.

Tide's PID laundry detergent works exactly like I thought it would. Gets the clothes clean and they smell great. The spring meadow scent is clean, fresh, and long lasting. the Pods are really convenient to use, too. When I use a liquid detergent, I use at least 2-3 more then when I use the Pods.

I have used these for a couples washes and it smells so good. The clothes continued to have the good small even after a couple days. I often use Tide for my clothes because I think it washes clothes well, and this smell is perfect. Will be buying this in the future.

I received this and put it to the test. Used 3 pods on a full lid of towels in hot cycle. Before placing them in the dryer I could smell the fresh scent. After their dry cycle the sent remained and and are ready for use. Much better than my old product I was using. Will be buying more!

I recently purchased the Tide PODS Laundry Detergent. I chose the cold water version because I use the regular cold water powder. I find that the pods are really handy with a lot less problems with spilling, etc. The pods are also loaded with a stain remover and a color protector. love these laundry pods, i have been using these for a few years now, except not the ones for the cold wash. they are working as good as the original pods. i adore the scent spring meadow, no scent booster is needed with this scent at all. i run a wash on a tap cold cycle and these pods work very well. one pod is enough for a medium laundry load. i dont use even a clothes softener with these pods, they are multi functional. i will continue using these pods in my laundry routine.

I love Tide Pods! Not only are they super easy to use, they get the job done. I love just being able to plop a pod in the washer and not having to pour the liquid in to the machine. It makes laundry that much easier! I also love the smell and how it makes my clothes feel.

I had an extremely difficult time getting the zipper on this package to open. I ended up cutting the bag open with a pair of scissors and then placing in my own zip lock bag. With that being said, the pods are easy to use, I like the convenience of everything I need being in a small "package". I love to take these when I travel because they don't take up much space. I also do most of my laundry in cold water so I like knowing the detergent I'm using is made for that temperature. These pods leave a nice clean and fresh smell on my laundry that isn't too overpowering.

Tide NEVER disappoints me! If you are looking to get your clothes clean, Tide is the way to go. The higher end detergents like Tide are always going to cost more, but they work better. I love that the pods have no mess and you can just throw them in and go. I also like the smell. The smell stayed with me clothes after they were dried and smell very fresh.

I have washed between 3-5 loads with the Tide Pods with a spring meadow scent, and I am really appreciating the results so far. I additionally use a softener and pre-spray some of the stained clothes with a Tide spray, so the combination has been leaving me with great smelling, very clean clothes coming out of the washer. The pods are breaking correctly and not sticking to clothes like some of the other brands of pods do, and the spring meadow scent has been a nice touch during the month of April! I like the packaging too, allowing me to store the pods easily out of sight.

I give these a three star because of how wasteful the plastic container is. I wish Tide would make their containers biodegradable but besides that the product works great and my clothes smell amazing after one wash and they felt very clean!

These tide pods are amazing! Not only do they smell great but they are so convenient to use! I love not having to go through the tedious routine of measuring out how much I need, dumping it into the washer, and cleaning out the cup. All I have to do is throw a few pods in and I’m ready to go! This detergent is also nice on my clothes, it doesn’t cause any damage or change or colors like some other cheap detergents can. I am so happy with these tide pods and will definitely continue to use them.

I like the ease of not having to measure my detergent. It does get the clothes clean and they smell fresh after wash but the scent doesn't last as long as I would like it to. But all in all it is a good product

I was hesitant to try these tide pods because I assumed in order to get clothes fully clean I needed to add a bunch of detergent, boy was I wrong. We used the Tide liquid because it does a great job having active messy kids at home and everyone kept telling us to use their pods, so We did, Glad we did because it's simple, less messy, cleans as great as their liquid detergent, but it also made our clothes smell great and soft!

This was my first time using a pod product. I have not had luck with powered detergent and usually use a liquid one. It can be a bit messy, not to mention trying to pour from a full bottle can be difficult. These were easy to use! They worked well in both warm and cold loads. It definitely helped with stains and and my white loads were clean. Love the scent!! I was expecting a mild to minimal scent, so this was a nice surprise! Can't wait to try the other scents. These will be great to keep in the RV.

These are so easy to use pop 1-2 pods in a load and go on about your business. If I'm not in a hurry I will use the water spout to start dissolving the pods so they don't gum up the machine. The clothes smell amazing and all kids related stains are gone. I will never use anything else!

I have used tide products for a very long time and I have never been disappointed. I have tried many scents and this Spring Meadow scent was great. The cleaning power of Tide has always been perfect and the Spring Meadow scent product was just as perfect. The pod itself dissolves very quickly so it does not get all over my clothes like some of the other pod products do. Tide has always been a wonderful product and this one is just as wonderful.

I use these on my dogs blankets and they come out smelling amazing. I usually wash them every 2 days and with these pods I don't have to until a third day the fragrance is long lasting and would recommend. Also love that they have different scents and also some for sensitive skin
